Full Circle Synergy offers beginners’ classes starting at varying times during the year, and on-going classes for intermediate and advanced students. We update our schedule approximately four times a year. Please call the school with any questions about the schedule, T’ai Chi Ch’uan or Qigong, and for guidance in selecting classes.

Full Circle Synergy has begun the process of reducing the carbon emissions impact of our studio at 500 Forest Ave. We also would like to encourage YOU (our students and prospective students) to reduce your impacts on Global Climate Change; SO while supplies last, anyone who pays for a class that they have not taken before - or from a new instructor, will receive a compact fluorescent light bulb FREE. While your at FCS, check out our dimmable, three-way, and regular compact fluorescent bulbs!!
